Joy - Your Spiritual Weapon

26 Feb 2019

This is the day that the Lord has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalms 118,24

Joy is not only a nice feeling, that comes up once in a while if everything is going good for you. It is much much more.
Joy is a spiritual weapon that was given to you to fight sadness, tiredness, sluggishness and depression, and finally get them out of your life.

As Christians, we don't have to let our circumstances influence us any longer (Thank God), therefore we don't need to live in sadness anymore if somethings bad happens and we don't need to live in tiredness anymore, if we get older or if we just didn't have enough sleep, …

Sadness, tiredness, sluggishness and depression are not only feelings, but just like joy is a spiritual force from God, sadness and the others are spiritual forces of the devil.
Only if you understand that, you can actively fight them and get them out of your life, no matter if your circumstances are good or bad.

So if on this day, you find any negative forces in your life, don't allow them to disturb you any longer, but take the joy of the Lord and drive those forces out of you!

Understand that joy is not just a feeling, but that it is a spiritual force.
Only if you learn to use that force in your life, you will be able to change your circumstances into those spiritual forces and then even your circumstances will cause you to be joyous.

No matter if you have 1000 reasons to be sad, tired, sluggish or depressed, don't give any place to the devil and find Your joy in the Lord, and very soon you will have 100.000 reasons to rejoice!

How can you overcome your weaknesses, your sadness, your laziness, or any other problem your facing today? - With the joy of the Lord.
Joy is a spiritual weapon that if used, will drive out any evil forces and strengthen you so that you are unstoppable and never have to accept defeat!
This is the day that the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!  (Nehemiah 8,10 & Psalm 118,24)
