...for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
It is vitally important for you to keep your heart clean and filled with Gods word, to continuously live in His blessing.
“...for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.” (Luke 6,45)
The bible tells you clearly, that your words decide over life and death. You were created in the image of God and therefore you should also act and do things the way He does, following His example.
God never looked at the circumstances and started talking about them. Instead He spoke against them and changed them according to His words. God saw the darkness and said: "Light be!", and light was.
So just like God creates things with His words, so should you manifest life or death in every situation, and you will bring that manifestation to pass, depending on whether you speak words of life or words of death.
So if in every situation you have to choose between life and death, it won't be enough to confess Gods word over your life once a day. You have to FILL your heart with His word, so that in every situation ONLY His words (words of life) will come out and automatically choose life and blessing in whatever you do.
So if your heart is filled with Gods word, it will not only teach you, bring you on good paths and supply you with sufficient faith, but it will also give you the confidence that is required to come before God as His child and receive your blessing, just because it belongs to you!
If you are confident before God, you can be certain that He will do everything you ask of Him!
Fill your heart daily with Gods word and never allow anything else to replace Gods word in your heart, for His words are life to those that find them and healing to all their flesh! (Proverbs 4,22)
You need to clean out your heart and keep it free from condemnation and sin-consciousness, for only then will you be confident before God and receive everything you ask for!
Your boldness/confidence before God can only remain if you keep His commandments, which are to believe in Jesus and to love one another.
Your faith in Jesus and your love towards others is what prepares and guides you right into the blessing of God, where you can talk to God as a friend and where He blesses you as a good father! (1. John 3,21-23)
