…and that, he went up, what is it except that he also went down first to the lower parts of the earth? He who went down is the same also who went up far above all the heavens, that He may fill all things…
Your God is the all-mighty (omnipotent) and all-present (omnipresent) God.
He is the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the beginning and also the end.
He is the one that knows to be all the way up top, but also knows what it means to be stuck in the deepest ditch on earth.
But now what does that mean for you, right here and now?
It means that your God is the biggest, but also the smallest, and therefore He is not only interested in your great plans and undertakings, but also in the small ones.
“Oh come on, don’t bother God with such insignificant things…” might be a funny thing to say, yet the problem with it is that you have to understand that God is faithful, good and willing to bless you in the small things, before you can experience it in the bigger things!
So no matter where you are right now and what you do on your day to day routine, God wants to be with you and bless you when you comb your hair, brush your teeth, drive your car, buy a house, when your behind itches, when you have a cold and when you are about to die!
He knows what it is like to be in all of those situations, because He has already been at the lowest parts, but also at the top, and therefore everywhere in between.
The best thing about this is though, that He is the one that knows how to get from the bottom all the way to the top.
So spend time with God, no matter what you do, pray and receive His wisdom, understanding and success, and once you start recognizing Him in that way in small things, it wont take long until He masters YOUR life from the inside of you!
God is the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. But what does that mean, if not that He cares about every little thing in your life just as much as He does about the big things.
God wants to be part of the tiny things you do and the big projects you got planned. He wants you to enjoy His blessing when you comb your hair and when you pay cash for your house, your boat and your sports car.
There is nothing in your life too unimportant to involve God. Let Him show you His goodness in small things and it won’t be long until it shows up in big ones too! (Ephesians 4,9-10 & Psalm 37,1-11)
